Two men were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, and a woman was hospitalized with “serious” injuries, police said.
Three people were hospitalized after they were injured Saturday afternoon in a shooting in Mattapan, according to Boston police.
Officers responded to 2 Hiawatha Road shortly after 1 p.m. in response to a report of a person shot, according to Officer Michael Torigian. They found two adult males and one adult female at the scene suffering from gunshot wounds, police said.
The two male victims were taken to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, Torigian said. The female victim was also hospitalized with injuries that were initially deemed life-threatening but are “now considered serious.”
