Luxury Homes
The 5,000-square-foot home was the highest single-family home transaction in town so far this year.

Newly retired New England Patriots star David Andrews knows how to go out with a bang.
The beloved former center, who recently announced his retirement after 10 seasons in New England, just sold his Norton home for $1.75 million. But the sale of the 5,000-square-foot home, which was secured by The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman, also set a record: It was the highest single-family home transaction in Norton so far this year.
Built in 2017, 14 John Scott Blvd. is a four-bed, five-and-a-half bath home on a 4.3-acre lot. Perched atop a slight incline, a rolling, grassy front yard leads up to the home’s two red front doors under a small covered porch. Inside, a grand foyer features a staircase that cascades upward to the second level.
To the right of the entry, an office is ideal for working from home. Filled with built-ins, it features a great view out the front windows. To the left, you enter the elegant formal dining room, which flows naturally into the kitchen. A large center island, stainless steel appliances, and an eat-in area are everything an amateur chef could want, while the soft blue cabinetry is a unique touch. The connected family room with a wall of stone and a fireplace is the ultimate cozy spot.

Upstairs, the primary suite is the crown jewel of the home. Boasting cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, a fireplace, and a balcony overlooking the backyard, it’s the ultimate private oasis. A walk-in closet features endless storage areas, and the spa-like private bath features a massive shower with a sitting area.
Back on the first floor, step outside the sliding doors to the bright and sunny deck, perfect for summer meals or morning coffee. Take the outdoor steps down to the stone patio, which has several gathering spaces, including an outdoor kitchen and a towering stone outdoor fireplace. That continues out to the gated swimming pool, which is surrounded by further patio space that’s ideal for lounging. A flat, grassy backyard has a perimeter filled with mature trees, providing the perfect bucolic surroundings.
Despite the sale of the home, it sounds like Andrews won’t be going too far. Word is that he will be sticking in the area to stay close to the Patriots organization, especially since he signed on to join 98.5 The Sports Hub as a contributor during the 2025 NFL season.
