Crime
The 80-year-old man is facing multiple charges.

An 80-year-old man was arrested Tuesday night after allegedly viewing a pornographic image on his phone at the Benson Boone concert at TD Garden.
Alan Musson, of Brookline, was arrested on a sex offense after allegedly viewing a photo of a man’s genitalia while he was scrolling on the dating app Grindr, in view of two juvenile girls. He was set to face charges of obscene matter to a minor, threat to commit a crime, and disorderly conduct in Boston Municipal Court, according to a Boston police report.
The two juvenile girls were sitting behind him in the area of Loge 11/12 and saw the image on his phone around 9:04 p.m., before Boone took the stage, according to the report.
The girls tried to take a picture of Musson’s phone, but the image came out blurry, police said. The girls reported the incident to TD Garden staff, who removed Musson from his seat and reported the incident to police.
Before viewing the photo, Musson allegedly yelled at the girls and told them, “I will kill you,” when they cheered for the artists performing.
Officers placed Musson under arrest and then had the following exchange, according to the report:
Capt. Dean Bickerton: “What was the image sent to you? Was it naked?”
Musson: “Yes.”
Bickerton: “Naked what?”
Musson: “Naked guy.”
Bickerton: “Naked guy and his penis was exposed?”
Musson: “I guess so ya.”
Bickerton: “You had two minor children behind you. You opened it up and exposed children to that image, which is a crime.”
One of the girls’ fathers was contacted and allowed to enter the venue to be with them in their new, upgraded seats with provided security, police said.
