Stefon Diggs had himself another strong performance in the Patriots’ win over the Jets on Thursday night, which apparently came on the heels of him receiving some good news off the field.

Diggs and his girlfriend, rapper Cardi B, welcomed a baby boy, People Magazine reported Thursday. Cardi B later confirmed the news in an Instagram post.

“Cardi is healthy and happy,” a rep for Cardi B told People Magazine.

It’s unclear when Cardi B gave birth to the child she and Diggs were expecting. However, she announced in September that the couple were due to have a child in the coming months. It’s her fourth child and her first with Diggs. As for Diggs, it’s his third child, but his first boy. He has two daughters named Nova and Charliee.

“It’s a boy. That’s enough for me,” Diggs told People Magazine earlier in November. “I can’t wait to make him do push-ups and sit-ups and run around.”

Diggs and Cardi B have been rumored to be in a relationship since October 2024, with news of their relationship emerging months after she filed for a divorce from rapper Offset. The couple was spotted together attending a Celtics-Knicks playoff game in May before confirming their relationship on social media in June.

Cardi B made her first appearance at a Patriots game earlier in November as well. She attended the Patriots’ Week 9 win over the Falcons at Gillette Stadium, even sitting with team owner Robert Kraft at one point.

Diggs wasn’t able to extend his touchdown streak to four games on Thursday, but he was the Patriots’ leading receiver in their 27-14 win over the Jets. He had nine receptions for 105 yards, which were both the second-most he’s had in agame this season.

After a relatively quiet first few games, Diggs has arguably been one of the NFL’s best receivers this season. He’s eighth in receptions (59) and 12th in receiving yards (659) to go with three touchdowns.

Diggs will celebrate his 32nd birthday later in November. But he’s already received a couple of gifts before then, with the Patriots’ eight-game winning streak and, now, his newborn child.
