Help Boston.com build a guide of Boston suburbs’ best budget-friendly staples.

News outlets and social media foodies are saying what Quincy residents have known for years: Quincy is one of Greater Boston’s best food cities.
The southern suburb is especially a hub for Asian American cuisine, from bánh mì and pho at longtime staples to bolo bao sandwiches at hip cafes. You can just as easily find waterfront dining, fried clams, and pizza in Quincy.
But is the dining scene, like everything else, growing less affordable?
When it comes to dining out in Greater Boston, it’s harder than ever to find a meal that doesn’t break the bank.
But we at Boston.com accept the challenge to locate budget bites. Our new project aims to help readers find high-quality, inexpensive meals in Boston’s suburbs, publishing new guides to one town or city over the course of a year.
We were successful in finding a wide range of meals under $20 in Somerville; now it’s Quincy’s turn.
Before we put out our guide, we want to ask our readers for help first.
Can you still get a decent meal for under $20 in Quincy? It should be a meal that one would consider filling, either a single entree, a collection of appetizers or small plates that make a meal, or a combo or meal deal.
When sending in your recommendation, please include the restaurant, menu item, price, specify if it’s for lunch or dinner, and tell us why it’s a genuinely delicious budget meal. Fill out the form below, or email your response to [email protected]. Your answer may be featured in a future guide.
