If you’ve been searching for a home that can comfortably accommodate you and 22 of your closest friends, you’re in luck. The home at 59 S Shore Road blends equestrian charm with coastal luxury, according to listing agent Allison Mazer with the Mazer Group.

“Days begin with horseback rides or beach walks, afternoons by the pool, and evenings under Nantucket’s starry skies,” reads the listing.

Outside, a sparkling pool, a large firepit, a cabana with a bedroom and bathroom, plus paddocks for horses make the place feel like its own resort. (The photo of the paddocks features several deer grazing on the grass.) It’s also located near bridle trails, bike paths, and the sands of Surfside Beach.

Inside, the home’s 10,147 square feet make lots of room for entertaining. The chef’s catering kitchen, which is designed for hosting large gatherings, offers an eight-burner range, dual ovens, two dishwashers, and plenty of counter space for food prep.

The main living area has soaring cathedral ceilings meant to mimic the look of a barn. Elsewhere in the house, you’ll find a gym, a home office, and an “east wing entertainment hall” with shuffleboard, billiards, a full bar, a wood stove, and a stage for musical performances.

“I just want the bathtub,” wrote several commenters on Zillow Gone Wild’s post. Indeed, the private primary suite on the second floor boasts a lavish spa-like bathroom with a shining metallic soaking tub. There’s a private balcony overlooking the courtyard in the ensuite, too, which comes with an indoor/outdoor shower combo.

Zillow estimates the property’s monthly payment to be around $213,000 per month, which factors in an annual tax payment of just over $30,000. It was built in 2020.
